Who we are

- When you book, you're making an agreement with us on these terms.
What our service is
- We provide parent guidance and coaching on exam Access Arrangements, with reasonable care and skill.
- We don't diagnose, write psychological reports, give medical advice or submit applications. Your child's school submits applications to SEAB.
- SEAB decides every application. We can't promise approval, which arrangements are granted, or exam results.
- We do promise your written plan within 3 working days of signing up and paying, or of your AA Check session, whichever is later. Please send us your child's reports before the session. If the plan is late, we refund the fee for the AA Check part of your booking.
Prices and paying
- The price shown is the full price you pay. There are no extra fees.
- Strugglesmart is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged.
- Payment is by PayNow, in one payment. The PayNow details are shown at checkout.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. We send session times within 3 working days.
Rescheduling, cancelling and refunds
- Reschedule: one free reschedule per session with at least 3 working days' notice.
- Cancel a session: full refund 7 or more days before; 50% if you cancel later than that but more than 3 working days before; no refund within 3 working days of the session or for a missed session.
- Packages: cancel before your second session and we refund the balance, minus the value of services already delivered.
- AA Toolkit: not refundable once downloaded. If the download fails, tell us and we'll send the file again or refund you.
- If we cancel or can't deliver a service, you get a full refund for anything not delivered.
- Refunds are paid by PayNow within 14 working days.
Early bird offer
- S$50 off AA Navigator (S$490 becomes S$440) or Navigator Plus (S$890 becomes S$840).
- Full payment must reach us by 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, Singapore time. This is the real end date.
- One early bird discount per child. It doesn't apply to AA Start or single services.
- It can be used together with the referral reward.
Referral reward
- Refer another parent. When they buy AA Start, AA Navigator or Navigator Plus, you get S$30 back by PayNow.
- They just enter your name in “Referred by” at checkout.
- We'll contact you for your PayNow details. We pay you within 14 working days of their first session, or of receiving your PayNow details, whichever is later, as long as their booking isn't cancelled.
- There's no limit on how many parents you refer. If we end the programme, we'll still pay for referrals made before it ended.
Partner psychologists and therapists
- Partner psychologists and educational therapists are independent professionals.
- You pay them directly, under their own terms, and they're responsible for their own assessments and advice.
- If something goes wrong with a partner, tell us. We may help within our means, at our discretion, but we can't promise any particular help or outcome.
Our responsibility to you
- If we fail to deliver what we promised, our responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.
- This limit doesn't apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else that Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act, doesn't allow us to limit.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Complaints and disputes
- Tell us first at hello@strugglesmart.sg. We'll reply within 5 working days and try to put it right.
- If we can't agree, you can ask the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) for help, or file a claim with the Small Claims Tribunals.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes, privacy and questions
